COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
Ingredients

16 medium fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 whole garlic cloves, chopped fine
2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped fine
1 dash salt, to taste
1 dash white pepper, to taste
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 each Roma tomatoes, chopped coarse
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
1/4 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 whole pizza crust, baked

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Cut the shrimp in half lengthwise. In a frying pan, heat the oil with the garlic over medium heat. As soon as the garlic sizzles, add the shrimp and saute just until they turn pink, about 1 minutes. Stir in the oregano and season to taste with salt and white pepper. Remove from the heat and sprinkle in the lemon juice.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Arrange the shrimp on top of the pizza crust, spooning the juices from the pan evenly over the crust up to 1/2 inch from its edges. Scatter the tomato on top. Crumble the feta over the pizza and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into slices.
